Return Policy

It is of utmost importance to us that you are completely satisfied with our products.  If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will quickly resolve. We have a 30 day return policy on all of our products.

International Orders

Fair Maiden ships internationally.  Although it is rare, please note that Fair Maiden Polish is not responsible for any packages lost, seized or destroyed at customs. 

Shipping

We strive to keep quick turn around time for all of our orders.  Most shipments complete within 3 business days, however please allow for a little extra time with new product line launches and restocks.  We do our very best to communicate estimated shipping times should they exceed 3 days.

Damaged/Missing Products

Although we neatly and securely pack our products, an occasional mishap occurs.  Please contact us immediately and we will quickly resolve.

Ingredients

All of our polishes are “5-Free”.  This means they do not contain camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) for formaldehyde resins.

Ingredients include: Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isobutyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Adipic Acid, Neopentyl Glycol, Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, N-Butyl Alcohol, Benzophenone-1, Stearalkonium Bentonite, Styrene.  May contain Spectraflair, Silica, Alumina, D&C Violet #2, iron oxide, titanium Dioxide, Mica, Aluminum Powder and Glitter.

Custom Polishes

On occasion Fair Maiden may be able to work with you on a custom designed nail polish. Please note that Fair Maiden reserves the right to publicly release any custom design at their own discretion. *AT THIS TIME FAIR MAIDEN IS NOT ACCEPTING CUSTOM POLISH REQUESTS.
